1. Introduction

Welcome to the AOᶻ Affiliate program (the "Program"). These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed application through the AOᶻ website. AOᶻ will review your application and may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject your application. AOᶻ reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

Each affiliate is only allowed to have one account. If AOᶻ determines that an affiliate has created multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that affiliate will be terminated and the affiliate will be disqualified from participating in the Program.

3. Promotion of AOᶻ Products

As an affiliate, you will be promoting AOᶻ products to your audience. You will be provided with a unique referral link or code that you can use to promote AOᶻ products. You may use this link or code on your website, blog, social media accounts, email newsletters, or any other promotional channel that complies with this Agreement.

4. Commissions

AOᶻ will pay you a commission on qualifying purchases made through your referral link or code. The commission rate will be specified in the Program terms and conditions or as agreed upon between you and AOᶻ. AOᶻ reserves the rights to revise the commission rate at any time in its sole discretion.

5. Payment

AOᶻ will pay you the commission earned through the Program on a monthly basis. AOᶻ will pay you via the payment method you select during the application process. AOᶻ reserves the right to modify the payment method at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Promotion Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. You agree not to make any false or misleading claims about AOᶻ products or make any representations about AOᶻ products that are not consistent with AOᶻ's marketing materials.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement will begin on the date of your enrollment in the Program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AOᶻ be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AOᶻ is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which AOᶻ is located.

10. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AOᶻ with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and AOᶻ. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of AOᶻ to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
